Accountant - US Entity / Global Finance Operations (m/w/d)

Why we need you Maltego US Fed is scaling, and our US finance operations need a hands‑on accounting professional to own the day‑to‑day accounting activities for the US entity. What To Expect Own day‑to‑day US accounting activities, including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations in NetSuite Perform an accurate and timely month‑end close in NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal controls Manage and review AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, expense reporting, and aging reviews Support internal and external audits by preparing reports Partner with the Finance team on ad‑hoc GL tasks and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability Your profile in short Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2 – 4 years of accounting experience in a US‑based environment Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite is a plus) and MS Excel Knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus Experience supporting accounting in a multi‑entity and/or international SaaS environment Authorized to work in the United States Why you will love Maltego Inclusive, diverse culture, where your voice and contributions matter.
