TSMC Arizona’s first fab will operate it’s leading-edge semiconductor process technology (N4 process), starting production in the first half of 2025. The second fab will utilize its leading edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. Job Description Your main responsibilities include: On-site supervision and management of the construction and installation of life safety systems, ensuring compliance with design drawings, construction specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Coordinating and managing contractors to ensure construction progress, quality, and safety meet project requirements. Reviewing construction documents, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure consistency with approved designs and specifications. Conducting periodic and ad-hoc on-site inspections to monitor construction quality, identify, and resolve potential issues or non-conformities. Responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) during the construction process and assisting in resolving technical issues that arise on-site. Participating in and documenting meetings related to construction progress, quality, and safety, ensuring key decisions and action items are tracked. Assisting with the testing, commissioning, and final acceptance of life safety systems, ensuring their functionality meets design intent and operational requirements. Proactively communicating with internal teams and external contractors to ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of construction requirements and progress. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor ’ s degree in fire protection engineering ， mechanical engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience in semiconductor At least 1-3 years of experience in the U.S. in fire construction or a related field. Physical Requirements Frequent grasping, manipulation, and occasional twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, or reaching, desk-based computer work, including data analysis and documentation.
