Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active New York State SLP License required
• NY Teaching Certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Compassion for working with children and a collaborative approach with staff and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students as needed
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapeutic interventions aligned with students’ needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and consult with families regarding student progress
