Role Overview The CT Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures, collaborates with radiologists, and ensures quality and safety standards are met. They serve as a patient care advocate, provide technical expertise, and participate in quality improvement activities. Responsibilities Performing adult and pediatric CT scans according to department protocols. Serving as a resource for staff and radiologists. Contributing to quality control and performance improvement efforts. Providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff. Remaining flexible with shifts and job assignments to meet staffing needs. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. California Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire. American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification upon hire; CT certification within 1 year. Preferred: 2 years of hospital or outpatient imaging experience.
