Responsibilities/Requirements: Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile Tour potential members around the club to sign upfor a membership Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner Execute all opening/closing operational procedures to ensure the club runs smoothly Handle member requests and concerns with professionalism and a sense of urgency Maintain regular and punctual attendance Maintenance duties up to par. 30-minute sweeps around the club: re-racking weights and organizing all areas Reaching individual sales goalsweekly Scheduling personal training sessions on a goal basis Qualifications: Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable Sales Experience1-2 years + Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and up to 90 lbs occasionallyilit Ability to stand for more than 5 hours World-class customer service and administrative skills Works hard, multi-tasks, and is a problem solver Passion for fitness #J-18808-Ljbffr Blink Fitness Anaheim
