This role is responsible for accurately processing transactions, handling cash and credit payments, answering guest inquiries, and ensuring a positive and efficient experience within the outlet. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.What You'll Do:Greet customers with enthusiasmEducate customers by presenting and explaining the menu; answering questionsPrepare gourmet beverages, pastries and ice cream by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniquesMaintain inventories by replenishing and restocking suppliesTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
