Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week Location: Beddy's offices; 5491 Hammerfest Dr. #201 South Jordan, UT 84009 Pay: Dependent upon experience DESCRIPTION We are seeking a creative, organized, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute Beddy's social media strategy. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online community, increasing brand awareness, and driving business results across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, manages multiple projects effectively, and stays current on social media trends and best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES- Create, capture, edit, schedule, and publish engaging photo and video content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Brainstorm and execute creative social campaigns that align with product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals and marketing objectives.
- Grow brand awareness, followers, and engagement across all social media channels.
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Partner with the Affiliate team to support Affiliate campaigns by coordinating social media content and promotional efforts as needed.
- Understand and support all company policies as they relate to customer interactions on social media.
- Perform other duties and marketing-related projects as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience creating short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
