About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full global finance function, with a focus on leading the company through an end-to-end IPO process and ensuring compliance as a U.S. public entity. This role demands a strategic leader who can build and execute financial strategies, optimize the capital structure, and serve as the primary point of contact for investors and investment banking partners. The CFO will also be tasked with delivering high-level financial analysis, overseeing budgeting, and leading a high-performing international finance team. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, with a preference for an MBA, MAC, or relevant postgraduate degree. A minimum of 10 years' of executive financial leadership experience, particularly with U.S. public companies, is required, with a strong preference for those who have previously served as a CFO in high-growth, PE-backed, or VC-backed CPG or distribution businesses. The role demands a candidate with a deep understanding of corporate governance, SOX compliance, and investor relations, as well as a proven track record in managing multi-country finance operations. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, and experience in Latin America is a significant advantage.
