Investor Relations Associate

Role Overview We are seeking an outgoing, highly organized go‑getter to support the Head of Business Development at a Commercial Real Estate company. The role involves client‑facing responsibilities, requiring travel and participation in evening events. Responsibilities Participate in client meetings, pitch calls, and relationship management discussions alongside senior leadership. Support client development initiatives, including selective conference attendance, client entertainment, relationship‑building activities, and structured post‑event follow‑up. Assist in managing and deepening existing client relationships through coordinated outreach, meeting preparation, and ongoing engagement tracking. Identify and research new operators, sponsors, investors, and capital partners; build targeted outreach strategies aligned with firm growth priorities. Prepare briefing materials, pitch decks, thought leadership content, and outreach campaigns in partnership with senior leadership and marketing to execute conferences, email campaigns, cold outreach initiatives, and strategic branding efforts. Maintain and enhance CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate documentation of relationship networks, pipeline activity, and client engagement data. Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Client‑facing experience and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to travel and attend evening functions.
