Overview Best Ford - Nashua, NH is expanding its service department. We are a family-oriented dealership focused on integrity, professionalism, and quality. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Support Associate to join our team to gain hands-on experience in automotive service operations and grow into a long-term career. Job Type & Schedule Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed Work Location: In person Ability to Commute: Nashua, NH (Required) Role Summary The Service Support Associate plays a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly. This versatile position assists with day-to-day operations like greeting customers, connecting them with Service Advisors, coordinating vehicle shuttles, delivering parts to technicians, and providing general support to the service and quick lane teams. A positive attitude, strong communication, and willingness to learn are essential. This role offers opportunities to explore multiple dealership operations and grow based on performance and interest. Responsibilities Greet service customers and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor Assist customers with transportation needs, including shuttle service and vehicle pickup/drop-off Support the Service Advisors with overflow tasks such as writing quick lube service tickets or updating customers on vehicle status Deliver and retrieve parts from the parts department to technicians efficiently Assist with vehicle movement and lot organization as needed Maintain a clean and professional service drive and work environment Communicate clearly with customers, advisors, and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow Support the dealership team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Previous customer service or automotive experience preferred but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts Ongoing training and development opportunities Long-term career growth potential Equal Opportunity Statement Best Ford is an equal opportunity employer.
