POSITION SUMMARY: Greet customers and direct them to their destination. Park and retrieve service vehicles, and wash all service customer vehicles.
GENERAL PURPOSE: Provide customer service and lot organization.
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); no prior experience or training. Must have valid driver’s license and the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Greet all customers in friendly manner.
- Park and retrieve vehicles upon request.
- Maintain all necessary forms and paperwork.
- Shuttle customers when necessary.
- Maintain lot appearance including trash removal.
- Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Assist with loaner fleet; checking in, cleaning, retrieving and fueling of loaners.
