Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for technology-focused roles. Learn the fundamentals of recruiting, staffing, and business development. Conduct proactive outreach and networking to identify top talent. Partner with teammates to achieve hiring and revenue goals. Develop expertise in the technology staffing industry and job market. Grow into opportunities within client management, account development, and leadership. What You'll Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills.
