Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Primarily outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Post-op experience required
• Outpatient experience required

• Floating to other facilities may be required.
