Opportunity You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role where you’ll motivate and develop your team, establish and maintain new client relationships, and grow your consulting and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, gathering and analyzing requirements to ensure new implementations meet stakeholder needs. Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects, covering design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases. Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers. Provide guidance on ServiceNow HRSD process implementations and AI‑enabled capabilities such as Now Assist, EmployeeWorks, and Employee Slate. Shape AI‑enabled HRSD use cases leveraging conversational AI and personalized experiences. Advise clients on responsible AI adoption, governance, data readiness, security, and adoption strategy. Lead process and design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops, and deliver high‑quality project artifacts. Support management activities including planning, status reporting, budgeting, and risk logging in waterfall and agile models. Skills and Attributes for Success Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and AI‑enabled HRSD capabilities. Knowledge of responsible AI adoption in HRSD (governance, data, security, human‑in‑the‑loop controls). Ability to analyze people, process, and technology capabilities and provide leading‑practice recommendations. Strong facilitation skills for workshops and design sessions. Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, and relationship building. Experience leading teams and supervising others. Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. 2‑4 years of relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Minimum of one of the following ServiceNow certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery; or 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience. Excellent soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization. Experience leading and supervising teams. Ideally, You’ll Also Have ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA). Performance analytics and reporting experience (certifications are a plus). Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery experience (certifications are a plus). Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions such as Now Assist, Agentic, and AI Control Tower.
