CFO About the Company Fast-growing, market-leading manufacturer of proprietary, high-value consumer products Industry Consumer Goods Type Privately Held Employees 11-50 About the Role Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Confidential Portland, Oregon (On-site) CFO sought to help scale a $40M market-leading company with proprietary products and strong IP through its next phase of growth, including capital raises and a potential IPO or strategic exit. This role is highly strategic and externally focused, with an emphasis on capital markets, investor relations, and deal execution. The CFO will partner closely with the CEO to lead fundraising efforts, structure creative financing solutions, and drive key transactions and partnerships. Ideal candidates will have a background in investment banking, capital markets, or senior finance leadership, with direct experience in fundraising and participation in a successful exit (IPO or M&A).
