Job Description
Join a dedicated team to repair and maintain essential tools, ensuring precision and quality for both customer and company standards. You will work with cutting-edge technology, interpreting blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings to deliver excellence in every task.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain tools according to customer and company standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings.
- Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, grinders, and other related equipment.
- Inspect finished workpieces using micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Stage mold components and materials for efficient assembly and testing.
- 5+ years of toolmaking experience.
- Ability to read and interpret CAD models.
- Experience with molds, specifically.
- Proficiency in operating manual mills, lathes, and grinders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision to .001 of an inch.
- Capable of working with medium to large-sized parts.
