Nest Managers is seeking an energetic, organized, and professional Leasing & Social Media Specialist to manage leasing inquiries, support front-office operations, and create engaging social media content.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to rental inquiries and consistently follow up with prospective residents.
• Schedule showings and guide applicants through the leasing and move-in process.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, route messages, and provide general office support.
• Maintain accurate prospect, showing, and leasing records.
• Create and post professional photos, videos, reels, stories, and property highlights.
• Respond to social media messages and help generate qualified leasing leads.
• Assist with listings, applications, lease preparation, keys, and move-in coordination.
• Ensure properties are confirmed market-ready before advertising.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, customer-service, and organizational skills.
• Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience creating content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Comfortable using Canva, video-editing tools, and office technology.
• Leasing, real estate, sales, hospitality, or receptionist experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fayetteville and Fort Bragg is a plus.
