With Tapcheck, PCAs get early access to paycheck anytime!!/li/ulpShift Type: Part-time and Full-Time (Day, Weekend, Evenings, Overnights available)/ppResponsibilities of the Home Health Aides:/pulliYou dont mind getting a little dirty this could include (but is not limited to) assisting the patient with activities of daily living such as providing assistance with personal hygiene (toileting, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair), ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, light housekeeping, and other household chores./liliYou dont have to be a gourmet chef but you can prepare a good meal and work your way around a kitchen./li/ulpRequirements of the Home Health Aides:/pulliHigh school degree or G.E.D. certificate/liliSix months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Aide (PCA) in health care (homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course./liliMust have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job/liliMeets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care/liliRead, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job/liliHave a valid drivers license and use an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation/liliThe Home Health Aide shall have successfully completed a Competency Evaluation that meets the state licensing laws for home health agencies./liliReliable transportation/liliA current CPR certificate is recommended/liliHHA certificate highly preferred/li/ulpRecognition, celebrations, and great team interactions!
