Albright Counseling Center is in search of dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors, including Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), to join our interdisciplinary team. This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, strengths, and needs, establishing a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship from the outset. \n
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, integrating evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy. \n
- Provide one-on-one therapeutic sessions through teletherapy tools, ensuring a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. \n
- Deliver crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating quick, effective decision-making skills to promote immediate safety and support. \n
- Continuously engage in professional development activities, like webinars and training, to sharpen skills and maintain a strong knowledge base regarding best practices in mental health care. \n
Our counselors serve a diverse population, primarily consisting of adult clients dealing with a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to cater to different backgrounds and distinct needs is foundational to the role, allowing counselors to foster positive outcomes and meaningful therapeutic alliances.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD in psychology. \n
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective dialogue and rapport-building with clients and colleagues. \n
- Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach are essential qualities for engaging with clients respectfully and effectively. \n
- No history of disciplinary actions or sanctions with licensing boards to ensure client safety and trust. \n

- Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with digital tools for delivering online therapy sessions. \n
- Background in group therapy or workshops may be advantageous. \n
- Specialization in conducting trauma-informed care or working with specific populations (e.g., LGBTQ+, veterans) is a plus. \n
