Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, strengths, and needs, establishing a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship from the outset.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, integrating evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic sessions through teletherapy tools, ensuring a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Deliver crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating quick, effective decision-making skills to promote immediate safety and support.

• Continuously engage in professional development activities, like webinars and training, to sharpen skills and maintain a strong knowledge base regarding best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors serve a diverse population, primarily consisting of adult clients dealing with a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to cater to different backgrounds and distinct needs is foundational to the role, allowing counselors to foster positive outcomes and meaningful therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD in psychology.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach are essential qualities for engaging with clients respectfully and effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions or sanctions with licensing boards to ensure client safety and trust.
