Part 1614 and EEO Commission Management Directive-110.You will oversee and/or support informal EEO complaint processing activities by ensuring required steps, documentation, and timelines are met in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.You will provide guidance on formal EEO complaint processing to ensure compliance with 29 C.F.R. Part 1614 and EEOC MD-110.You will analyze complex or sensitive discrimination matters to identify issues, evaluate evidence, and support resolution strategies.You will maintain, secure, and manage EEO case files and sensitive documentation for informal and formal complaints to safeguard confidentiality and ensure records are complete and retrievable.
