We are looking for an individual who isn't afraid to work hard, including some evenings and weekends. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows. This position will be based in the Spokane, Washington area. Only candidates that live in this area or are willing to relocate to this area will be considered.

Key responsibilities include:

• Go out to client's homes and meet with them regarding their flooring project
• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requests
• Communicate customer needs/expectations to Production Manager to make jobs go smoothly
• Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business
• Engage in on-going training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)

Pay: Total Compensation opportunity $100K+. Base plus commission Compensation: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
