Director, External Communications - US Fintech & Media

Zip is seeking a Director of External Communications to shape a clear, credible story about Zip, its products, and customers. This senior, US-led role reports to the Chief Customer & Marketing Officer and requires moving between boardroom and newsroom environments. You will own corporate, consumer, executive, and issues communications to strengthen Zip’s reputation.
