HASTINGS FORD INC. is currently looking for a dedicated Office Assistant (Full time)
We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting office administrative tasks to keep daily activities running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Support general office duties including handling mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a clean reception area
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth office operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous receptionist or office assistant experience preferred
- Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $16.00, paid weekly
