Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The role involves patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the direct delivery of therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
