Location: Owensboro, Kentucky and surrounding territory


Job Type: Full-Time, Commission-Based with Base Salary, Business Partnership Opportunity with Mentorship for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:


• Aggressively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, business development, networking, and referrals


• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients


• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key markets and potential clients


• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


• Educate potential clients on our services, and close effectively


• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond


• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status


Qualifications:


• Proven sales experience (preferably 2+ years) with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals


• Comfort and experience with cold calling and prospecting to create new business


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly


• Highly motivated, aggressive, and goal-oriented with a passion to own your own business


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances


• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
