The City of Naples is seeking a 911 dispatcher to receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls and to dispatch law enforcement and fire personnel via radio and CAD systems. Requires data entry skills, strong customer service, and the ability to work varied shifts in a high-stress environment. Standard duties include monitoring multiple information systems, providing pre-arrival medical instructions when certified, running background checks, and maintaining detailed logs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
