Key Responsibilities of the NICU RN

• Deliver high-quality care to infants in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for neonatal care
• Maintain comprehensive patient records using Cerner EMR
• Engage in continuous communication with parents and guardians

Requirements of the NICU RN

• Valid NRP certification
• Level III NICU experience preferred
• Stable and NIC-RNC certifications preferred
