Position Overview Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Pandora – Riverchase Galleria. The role involves delivering world‑class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and supporting store operations during peak hours. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional fan experience and meet or exceed individual and store sales goals. Share product knowledge and inspire fans to style their jewellery. Create memorable shopping moments and build brand loyalty. Engage proactively with customers, fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, on‑brand operation. Work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic periods such as promotions, product launches, and special events. Assist with general store operations and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller, capable of exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Skill in charming and captivating an audience, connecting with people at all levels. At least 18 years old, with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 + pounds, and arrive to work on time. Flexible availability, capable of working from 4 hours/month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours/week during peak seasons. Reliable support, stepping in during high‑traffic times or when additional coverage is needed.
