Position Overview :This is a full-time on-site role for a District Manager at Amped Fitness. The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Southwest Florida locations, sales revenue and operations. This role is crucial in ensuring each facility meets its financial and membership goals while fostering a positive, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, has a proven track record in sales, and is experienced in gym management and team leadership Duties (not limited too )Maintaining company culture and energ ySales Strategies & Goals: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for each locatio nTeam Leadership & Development:** mentor General Managers and all staff across multiple locations.
