Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Lead daily crushing plant operations during 2nd shift to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives.* Coordinate plant activities, equipment utilization, and crew assignments to maximize operational efficiency.* Monitor crushing, screening, and material processing activities to ensure product specifications are met.* Identify and resolve operational issues while supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.* Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, training, and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.**What Are We Looking For*** Available to work 10–12-hour shifts Monday-Friday 4pm-2am. Some Saturday shifts are required 1pm-9pm during crushing season.* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a manufacturing, mining, aggregate, or heavy industrial environment.* Strong knowledge of crushing, screening, conveying, and material processing operations.* Proven ability to prioritize work, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and drive operational results.* Effective communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.* Ability to interpret operating procedures, production goals, and maintenance requirements to support plant performance.**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in an outdoor environment where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $29.00-$31.00 per hour plus an additional $1.00 per hour second shift differential* $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits + Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance + Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid HolidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled.
