Do you enjoy working with children and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where they can learn and grow?
Total Care ABA is looking for a caring, patient, and dependable Childcare Worker to join our in-clinic team. In this role, you will support children in a structured clinic environment, helping them feel comfortable, stay engaged, and participate in daily activities while working alongside our clinical team. No Certification required. We can help you become a Registered Behavior Technician.
What you’ll do:
- Provide attentive supervision to children in the clinic.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Engage children in age-appropriate play, activities, and interactive learning.
- Support daily routines and assist children with transitions between activities.
- Follow established safety procedures and clinic guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding children’s needs and activities.
- Help create a positive, supportive experience for every child.

What We're Looking from you:
- Experience working with children in childcare, daycare, preschool, camp, or a similar setting is preferred.
- Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, attentive, and able to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with clinical staff.
- Previous ABA experience is a plus but is not required.
