We’re seeking hospitality-driven individuals who are personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about creating a great guest experience. Duties & Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and provide engaging, attentive service Maintain strong knowledge of the food, cocktail, wine, and beverage menus Guide guests through menu selections and provide thoughtful recommendations Be knowledgeable of ingredients, allergens, and dietary restrictions Accurately take and enter guest orders using the POS system Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as required by the position Run food and beverages as needed to support the team Properly handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with legal drinking-age requirements Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management teams regarding guest requests or concerns Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service and bar areas Follow all Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) food safety and sanitation requirements Follow all company policies and responsible alcohol service standards Work collaboratively with the team to provide an exceptional guest experience What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 1 year of prior serving and bartending experience Must have or be able to obtain all required Nevada work cards/certifications applicable to the position Strong communication and guest-service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to stand for extended periods and bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
