How you'll contribute Designs, delivers, and assesses learning activities and curriculums related to clinical competencies, departmental/organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and the use of clinical information technologies. Collaborates with nurse managers and staff to assess the learning needs and competencies of staff. Serves as a consultant/mentor for staff in areas of program development, clinical practice, and professional development. Participates in the development, coordination, and delivery of new staff orientation and education activities. What we’re looking for Applicants should have active license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Virginia (or compact state). Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with previous experience in Acute Care setting may be considered. Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute‑care setting is required. Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) is required. Previous experience in clinical systems implementation across the full project lifecycle, including workflow analysis, testing, training, go-live support, upgrades, and issue management is highly preferred.
