The Production Expeditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of production activities. This role helps make sure products, packaging, components, and supplies are in the right place at the right time. This position is a mix of hands on work and computer based tracking. You must be proficient using email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Deacom ERP, and other computer systems to document material movement, track inventory, update information, and keep communication flowing. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review production schedules and state products, packaging and components.
• Move bulk materials and components physically and with a forklift.
• Weight, document, verify and stage materials properly.
• Restock and track department supplies such as PPE equipment and packing materials.
• Communicate updates through email, Excel, ERP System, and other basic computer tools.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a production, warehouse, inventory or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient using Microsoft office, including email, Word, Excel, and other basic computer programs.
• Able to learn and use company ERP system for inventory movement, documentation and tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Schedule :

• This is a 1st shift position. Work schedule is Monday – Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM.
