Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Location: Pflugerville, Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, and North Austin
Schedule: Part-Time to Full-time opportunities
Pay: $28-$45 per hour

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who’s passionate about helping kids grow stronger, move with confidence, and reach their fullest potential — all within a flexible, team-oriented, and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Help children build strength, coordination, and confidence through fun, play-based therapy sessions
• Design individualized treatment plans that align with physician guidance and family goals
• Use creative, functional activities to promote mobility and independence
• Partner with families to teach home exercise routines and adaptive strategies that keep progress going
• Work hand-in-hand with our incredible team of OTs, SLPs, and PTAs to provide comprehensive, child-centered care
• Keep documentation clear and up to date in our simple, user-friendly EMR system
  

What You’ll Need:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Texas PTA license or eligibility to obtain one
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Genuine passion for helping children and families through compassionate, family-focused care
