Monarch Management Group is an expanding property management company with affordable housing communities located throughout Pennsylvania. We manage a diverse portfolio that includes family housing, senior housing, and veteran communities.

We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across 3 of our local communities . If you take pride in creating safe, well-maintained neighborhoods and providing exceptional service to residents, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Multi-Site Operations: Direct day-to-day operations and community management across 3 assigned affordable housing properties.
• Leasing & Occupancy: Handle the full tenant lifecycle, including initial applications, background/income screenings, move-ins, annual recertifications, and lease renewals.
• Resident Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, fostering strong community relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
• Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with maintenance personnel to process work orders, track completions, and inspect turnover units.
• Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate tenant files and ensure property operations strictly adhere to federal, state, and affordable housing program guidelines.
• Inspections & Standards: Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure high standards of curb appeal, safety, and physical condition.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently on-site while maintaining consistent communication with regional leadership and corporate support staff.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for traveling between assigned sites).
• Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills paired with excellent customer service instincts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and work self-sufficiently.
• Experience in property management, leasing, affordable housing programs, banking, or customer service is preferred (paid training provided for promising candidates).
