Shift Leaders are responsible for setting up and opening the store on-time every morning and preparing to serve up our delicious, all-natural, energizing smoothies as well as consulting and assisting Guests in choosing the right vitamins and nutritional supplements to help them reach their health and fitness goals. They are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while following store policy. They are also responsible for ensuring the store stays open until clearly posted closing times, using proven and established checklists and procedures.

• Making custom-blended smoothies the "Smoothie King Way"

• Providing guests with information regarding our products

Qualifications:

• Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Food Service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to multi-task is a major plus
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
• Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
• Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
