Pennsylvania Licensed Healthcare Analyst

Contributing to a variety of complex analyses, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Healthcare Analyst will support employer health and group benefit programs by providing financial analyses, preparing client deliverables, and ensuring quality standards are met while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Provide financial analyses and client deliverables across multiple employer client teams Support benefit plan analysis, design, cost avoidance, and funding strategies Deliver accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to assist client decision-making Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting Basic knowledge of health and welfare products and services State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Relevant financial experience or university degree
