This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at a residential property. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a calm and courteous demeanor, and previous experience in a concierge or front-desk role.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerEnforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systemsObserve, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activityConduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environmentMaintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concernsAdhere to all company policies, post orders, and client proceduresCommunicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractorsResponsibly use company and client-provided equipment for security and monitoring tasksPerform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisorsQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredMust have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)Minimum 2 year of residential concierge or lead front desk security experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and remain composed under pressureCapable of standing and walking for extended periodsAble to work independentlyMust pass a drug screening and background checkSchedule & Compensation:Shift: Wednesday- Sunday, 3:00PM-11:00PMPay Rate: $20HRIf you're looking to grow with a company that values professionalism and teamwork, apply now to join MFort Security Services.
