Scan, Pack, Ship, Succeed: Material Handling Associate (No Weekends!) Location: Wooster, OH | Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends!) Pay: $17.50+/hour + Quarterly Bonuses (Accuracy, Safety & Performance) About The Role Looking for a fast-paced, hands‑on role with a rock‑solid schedule? We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Warehouse Associate to keep our Wooster branch running like a well‑oiled machine. You’ll be the engine of our logistics team—handling everything from high‑bay picking to wire cutting—ensuring local contractors and our internal branches get exactly what they need, exactly when they need it. What You’ll Do Use barcode readers and precise labeling to pull, pack, and properly bag materials for customer orders and inter-company transfers. Safely navigate the yard, high-bay areas, and wire zones. You'll cut wire, run warehouse equipment, and physically stage materials for outbound routing. Check-in incoming delivery trucks, manage corresponding paperwork, and efficiently put away new stock. Take ownership of your workspace through regular zone cleaning, organizing, and proactive inventory checks as a dependable team player. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to regularly lift 50lbs, stay on your feet, and tackle the physical demands of a busy warehouse floor. Comfortable learning barcode scanning systems and following strict picking/labeling procedures to hit your accuracy bonuses.
