- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with paint or coating processes.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment.
- Ability to work a first shift schedule reliably.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Technical certification or training related to paint application or industrial maintenance.
- Experience with automated paint line equipment and control systems.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
- Previous experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor paint line equipment and processes to ensure proper operation and product quality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for paint line machinery and systems during the first shift.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to quickly resolve operational issues and minimize downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to maintain equipment reliability.
- Document and report any equipment malfunctions, process deviations, or quality concerns to management.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and safety protocols related to paint line operations.
- Support training efforts for new team members on paint line procedures and equipment use.
