Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLP license in the state of Michigan required
• CCC-SLP certification
• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to support student progress
• Maintain detailed records, documentation, and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and plan interventions based on student goals
• Adapt therapy techniques for a variety of ages and caseloads—therapist’s preference considered
