General Non-Invasive Cardiologist

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a fellowship trained, BC/BE general non-invasive or invasive non-interventional cardiologist to join our Cardiology Division at the Center for Advanced Medicine, a 636‑bed Level I Trauma Center in Temple, Texas. The position involves inpatient and outpatient coverage, rotated call, and teaching duties in the cardiology fellowship and internal medicine residency programs. Faculty appointment through Baylor College of Medicine will be at a rank commensurate with academic experience, with optional involvement in medical student education.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient and outpatient cardiac coverage, including STEMI program, complex coronary interventions, ablations, cardiac transplantation, LVAD implantation, advanced imaging, and cardiogenic shock/ECMO care.
• Teach within the cardiology fellowship and internal medicine residency programs.
• Participate in faculty activities through Baylor College of Medicine, with optional medical student education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using the integrated EPIC EMR system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology.
• Valid Texas medical license and DEA registration by start date.
• Fellowship training in general non‑invasive or invasive cardiology preferred.
