Plant Manager - Injection Molding

Very well established company in Ohio has an exciting opportunity available for a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility. This will include overseeing day to day operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and shipping. Requirements: Must have 5 or more years of experience in plastic injection molding. Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, injection molds, robots, auxiliary equipment, and process optimization. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and similar processes is preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. This position offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.
