Inside Sales Representative – Ventura

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow existing customer accounts. This role is responsible for preparing quotes, building strong customer relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotes and proposals
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services
• Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer communications
• Stay current on telecommunications products and industry trends

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer service experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
• Telecommunications or technology sales experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through
