Position Overview PSU Eats is seeking a creative, motivated, and student-focused Marketing Intern to assist with marketing initiatives across dining locations on campus. This hands-on role provides real-world experience in digital marketing, content creation, events, customer engagement, and brand promotion. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, video content, and connecting with fellow students. Key Responsibilities • Create high-quality video content for social media platforms and help grow the PSU Eats YouTube channel. • Assist with planning, promoting, and executing on-campus engagement events. • Capture photos and videos at dining locations, events, and promotional activities. • Support social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. • Assist with email newsletter development and marketing communications. • Gather student feedback on dining programs, menus, and campus dining experiences. • Collaborate with the PSU Eats Marketing Coordinator on campaigns and promotional initiatives. • Help develop marketing materials, graphics, and signage as needed. • Support administrative marketing tasks, including organization of marketing assets and tracking campaign performance. • Represent PSU Eats positively at campus events and student outreach activities. • Complete a variety of marketing, design, event, social media, and administrative projects as needed. Qualifications • Current PSU students only • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. • Basic photography and videography skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. • Creative mindset with attention to detail. • Experience with Canva, CapCut, and similar content creation tools is a plus.
