Key Responsibilities Independently set up and run CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines. Edit G/M codes and optimize programs for efficiency. Troubleshoot advanced problems and implement solutions. Train and mentor entry-level machinists. Ensure quality, safety, and production targets are met. Qualifications 3-5 years of CNC machining experience. High school diploma or GED; NIMS or similar certifications preferred. Proficiency in independent setups and G/M code edits. Leadership experience in training others. Skills and Requirements Due to need to maintain ITAR compliance, applicants must be U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. Independent setup/operation of CNC lathes, mills, and mill/turn machines with proficient G/M code edits. Strong troubleshooting skills for complex issues and implementation of solutions. Ability to train/mentor junior machinists and ensure quality/output. Advanced blueprint/GD&T proficiency.
