Position: Production Engineer Specialist
Pay: $40.00/hour (Contract)
Shift: Second shift
Location: Guntown, MS

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Production Engineer Specialist to start immediately at $40.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced engineering support for daily manufacturing operations and production needs.
• Lead pre-production activities, model changes, and start-up trials for new production.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Develop and implement process controls, standardized work, and manufacturing systems.
• Evaluate production layouts, equipment, tooling, and material flow for improvements.
• Support equipment, facility, and engineering needs related to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in evaluating manufacturing feasibility for new business opportunities.
• Manage engineering changes, process improvements, and new technology implementation.
• Review production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain detailed engineering documentation and procedures.
• Work with departments and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Support root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Ensure all engineering activities uphold high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Offer technical guidance to production and other departments.
• Participate in special projects and engineering initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and improve manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
