Job Title: Registered Echo Technician / Sonographer
\nLocation: New York, NY
\nStart Date: November 9, 2026
\nContract Duration: 13 Weeks
\nShift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
\nSchedule: Monday–Friday, plus every 4th weekend
\nGuaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
\nTravel Pay rate: $2,930 weekly gross
\nLocal Pay Rate: $66/hour (W2)
\nRequired Qualifications:
\n- \n
- At least 3 years of Registered Echo Technician/Sonographer experience . \n
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Registered Echo Technician/Sonographer role. \n
- Demonstrated experience performing adult cardiac scans . \n
- Completion of an appropriate Ultrasound Technologist training program, including qualifying military training. \n
- Two years of college (associate-level education) and completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. \n
- Current RDCS certification through ARDMS or RCS certification through CCI . \n
- BLS certification or certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). \n
- Availability to attend an in-person interview . \n
Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous stress testing experience. \n
- BLS certification. \n
Certification Requirements:
\nCandidates must hold one of the following accepted credentials:
\n- \n
- RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) issued by ARDMS. \n
- RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) issued by CCI. \n
Important: RDMS certification alone is not accepted; RDCS is required if applying through ARDMS.
