Job Summary We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients in achieving their behavioral goals and improving their overall quality of life.
